Meet The Team Behind The Mission Ethan Fray – Accounting & Operations Coordinator

Q: How long have you been with AMFAC?

Ethan Fray has been a part of the AMFAC team for approximately nine months. In that time, he has taken on a dynamic role that bridges both accounting and operations, gaining experience and insight into the broader workings of the business.

Q: What inspired you to join AMFAC?

As a senior in college, Ethan was actively seeking a role that would set a strong foundation for a successful career in the business world. He found that opportunity at AMFAC. “I wanted more than just a typical internship or entry-level job—I was looking for something that would challenge me and help me grow in real time,” Ethan explains. “AMFAC offered me the chance to gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of the business, from operations to financials. I’m truly grateful to be surrounded by a team of professionals who are not only talented but also incredibly supportive. I learn something new from them every day.”

Q: What excites you most about the future of AMFAC?

When asked about the future, Ethan is quick to point to one word: growth. “I look forward to growing in every sense—professionally, personally, and as a member of the AMFAC team. I’m excited about the company’s trajectory and the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to expand and evolve. The potential here is limitless, and being part of that journey is something I genuinely value.”

Q: What has been your favorite project at AMFAC so far?

Ethan admits that choosing just one project is tough, as each brings its own challenges and learning experiences. However, one standout for him has been working on the snow season facility maintenance projects. “It’s definitely one of the most fast-paced and unpredictable parts of the year. Managing facilities across multiple states during the snow season, especially with how unpredictable weather can be, is like riding a rollercoaster—but that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding. It pushes our operations team to be agile, efficient, and creative.”

Q: What’s one thing you’d like AMFAC’s clients to know about you?

Beyond the spreadsheets and coordination efforts, Ethan is a passionate sports enthusiast with a background in college football. “One thing I always like to share is my love for sports. I played college football, and that experience taught me a lot about teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—qualities I carry with me into my professional life. And of course, if any of our clients ever want to talk about sports, I’m always up for that conversation!”
