Meet The Team Behind The Mission: Linda Bright Finance Director

Linda has been with AMFAC since its earliest days in 2018, when the only employee was
its founder, Chris Bright. At the time, Chris handled every aspect of the business
himself—securing work, fulfilling job orders, and keeping operations running. During this
period, he became ill and found himself unable to work. With receipts from customers,
payments to vendors, and invoices piling up, he struggled to keep up with the growing
workload. Wanting to help, she stepped in and tackled the paperwork under his guidance,
getting everything back on track. As business rapidly expanded, he recognized the
need for additional support. Although my college degree is in teaching, my background
includes extensive experience in the business world, along with more than a decade
serving as Director of the Missouri Armed Services YMCA. When Chris asked if she would be
interested in handling bookkeeping remotely, Linda accepted. As the company continued to
grow at an incredible pace, my responsibilities expanded.


Linda has had the privilege of watching American Facilities Professionals grow from a one-
person operation to a nationwide company, with a presence in all 50 states, and an
Executive Team that is truly second to none. Witnessing this transformation firsthand
has been inspiring, she’s excited for AMFAC’s future, knowing that under our current
leadership, our potential for continued growth is virtually limitless.


It has been incredibly gratifying to play a small role in AmFac’s success—earning
national recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States and
securing the top spot in New Hampshire…and this is just the beginning. Look out-
there’s so much more ahead!
