1. How long have you been with AMFAC?
Matthew’s journey at AMFAC began on September 3rd, 2024, when he started as an intern from the Hire Our Heroes program. His dedication and hard work quickly earned him a full-time position, and he officially joined the team as a Project Manager on November 18th, 2024.
2. What inspired you to join AMFAC?
For Matthew, the driving factor behind his decision to join AMFAC was the leadership. He was drawn to the opportunity to work alongside a team that values collaboration and innovation. “The leadership at AMFAC was a key factor in my decision,” he says. “They create an environment where individual contributions are valued and encouraged, which really resonated with me.”
Having honed his problem-solving skills during his time in the US Marines, Matthew was eager to apply his experience to help businesses overcome challenges. 4. What has been your favorite project at AMFAC so far?
When it comes to favorite projects, Matthew cites the AECOM Pantry project as his most rewarding experience. “Every day presented a new and exciting challenge,” he recalls. “It was a great opportunity to work through those challenges and achieve success, and that made the project so satisfying to be a part of.”
